The Customer Service Agent is responsible for safely navigating local areas to deliver customer orders to their homes. Additionally, the role involves picking and packing grocery orders to meet high quality standards.
Candidates must hold a current full or provisional Australian driver's licence with at least 12 months of driving experience and a clean driving record. Applicants must be physically capable of lifting and carrying groceries and available to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends.

As a Customer Service Agent (CSA) you’ll get behind the wheel of our iconic Coles vans and help deliver customer orders to our customers homes. For this role you’ll safely navigate your local neighbourhoods to deliver customers shopping to their homes during the day or night. You’ll also help with picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery.
