The ideal candidate has experience in FMCG or retail environments with a strong understanding of range reviews and space planning principles. You must possess excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to translate insights into practical recommendations.

We’re looking for a talented Range & Space Planner to join our team to help shape how our customers experience our stores. In this role, you’ll help connect customers with the products they love by designing and optimising layouts that enhance visibility, efficiency and engagement.
You’ll play a crucial part in transforming strategy into practical, data driven recommendations that elevate the shopping experience and support business growth.
Please note: this role is a 12-month fixed term contract.

You are a commercially minded problem solver who combines design thinking with analytical rigour. You enjoy working with data, curious about the use of AI, thrive in fast paced environments, and are energised by the challenge of balancing customer needs, business priorities and operational realities. Your strong stakeholder engagement skills enable you to consult, negotiate and influence effectively across teams.
