The Baker is responsible for producing high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the bakery department is exceptionally presented. They are also expected to coach and support other team members to maintain craft standards.
Candidates must hold a Trade Certification or Diploma in baking and possess extensive experience in high-speed baking settings. Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction are essential.

About the Role
Are you a master of the dough, a connoisseur of crusts, and a wizard with yeast? If so, we want you to be a key ingredient in our bakery team! We’re searching for a Trade Qualified Baker with experience in fast-paced bakery environments. You’ll take pride in contributing to a bakery department which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging.
