The Delicatessen Manager is fully accountable for the day-to-day operations of the deli department, ensuring exceptional presentation and customer engagement. Key duties include leading the team to meet sales targets, managing costs, and maintaining strict food safety and compliance standards.
Candidates must have previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and demonstrated leadership experience in coaching and developing teams. Proficiency in stock management, quality control, and adherence to audit standards is required.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the deli department. You’ll take pride in contributing to a store which is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.
