Accountable for the night-fill department to ensure shelves are stocked and store presentation is maintained. Leads and develops the team while managing sales targets, cost control, and safety standards.
Requires previous experience in fast-paced environments and direct leadership experience. Candidates must be flexible with evening working hours and capable of maintaining compliance and merchandising standards.

You’ll have full accountability for the running of the night-fill department ensuring deadlines are met, our shelves are fully stocked and exceptional store presentation is maintained during evening and night trade.
