The Resident Care Coordinator acts as a liaison between residents, families, and the care team while supervising staff and ensuring quality assisted living services. They are responsible for scheduling, medication room management, and coordinating care plans to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, a valid state medication administration license (CNA/HCA), and at least two years of experience in a professional caregiving setting. Additionally, one year of supervisory experience and current First Aid/CPR certification are required.

Our Resident Care Coordinator serves as a liaison between residents, their families, and the care team, promoting a supportive and safe living environment. They support the Health and Wellness Director by assisting in scheduling, supervising staff, and ensuring that systems are in place to provide quality assisted living services in all resident care areas. Duties include problem-solving resident concerns and coordinating care with the team and external providers. Additionally, they help with medication administration and direct resident care when necessary.
