Oversee facility maintenance and lead the maintenance team to ensure high-quality service for residents. Perform technical field tasks and manage budgets, vendors, and preventative maintenance plans.
Requires a high school diploma, EPA Type I and II certification, and at least 2 years of multi-family apartment maintenance experience. Must be able to lift 50lbs and live within 30 miles of the property for on-call duties.
