The Property Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for tenants and visitors while managing daily office operations and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include processing invoices, maintaining filing systems, and supporting the property management team with tenant communications and operational activities.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and strong customer service and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience in an administrative or customer service role are required, with a preference for knowledge in commercial real estate or accounting systems.
