The technician will travel to customer homes and workplaces to perform basic vehicle service and handle recalls. They are responsible for maintaining high customer satisfaction and coordinating with the parts department and management.
Candidates should have a strong service technician background, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds. C-level qualifications and ASE or Ford certifications are preferred.

C-level technician qualifications and ASE certifications are preferred but not required. The day-to-day duties include traveling in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to handle basic service needs and recalls.
