Ter versterking van ons Finance team zijn wij op zoek naar een Accounting Clerk / Medewerker Boekhouding. Heb jij ervaring in een financiele administratieve rol en ben je klaar voor een nieuwe uitdaging dan komen wij graag in contact met jou! Je bent in deze rol werkzaam op ons hoofdkantoor in Eindhoven en werkt hybride. In deze rol rapporteer je direct aan de Finance Manager.

How you’ll make an impact

 

•           Het verwerken van facturen en overige administratieve werkzaamheden

•           Rapportages met facturen van leveranciers afstemmen op onze eigen systemen

•           Afwijkingen analyseren en oplossen ism Inkoop, Operations en andere afdelingen

•           Tijdig reageren op verzoeken van leveranciers inclusief verdere opvolging

•           Factuurgegevens invoeren en controleren in systemen

 

What you’ll bring to GXO

 

•           MBO-opleiding richting boekhouding, financien of gerelateerd

•           Minimaal 4 jaar werkervaring in een vergelijkbare rol

•           Stressbestendig en in staat snel te schakelen

•           Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels

•           Kennis van jaarrekeningen, BTW aangiftes en tax returns
