You will build the customer success function from scratch, managing the entire customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewals. You will also coordinate service partners and collaborate with product and engineering teams to drive adoption and product improvements.
The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in customer success or technical account management and is comfortable with technical products and operational data. Proficiency in English and Swedish is required, along with a valid Swedish work permit.

About the Role
You will be our first customer success hire, and you will build the function from scratch. The job: make sure every customer gets real, measurable value from Cler, and build the processes that let a small team support a growing installed base.
Your first year is about the basics done well. Onboarding, adoption, renewals, and the playbooks and reporting behind them. Expansion and customer advocacy come after that.
Service outcalls and field operations are handled by selected partners, and you coordinate them. You own everything that turns a working installation into a happy customer.
Lead onboarding and handover for new customers
Own renewals, retention and customer relationships, from site technicians to executives
Run business reviews with key customers
Coordinate our service partners for outcalls and field operations
Build our playbooks, lifecycle processes and health scoring
Work with Product and Engineering to automate reporting and spot problems before customers do
Work with Sales on expansion, references and case studies
Bring customer feedback into product decisions.
5–10 years in customer success, technical account management, service delivery or customer operations.
You like building things that don’t exist yet
Comfortable with technical products and operational data. You use AI tools in your daily work and want to keep pushing what they can do
Commercial mindset. You see retention and expansion as your numbers
Background in HVAC, industrial equipment, IoT, SaaS or building technology is a plus
Fluent in English and Swedish.
