About this role:
As a Clinician, you will provide in-home and community based essential support to children and youth with behavioral and/or psychological health needs, some of whom may be at risk of being removed from their homes. Through counseling, supervision, and parent skill training, you will work closely with client families in collaboration with the treatment team, delivering services in home and community settings. This role allows for a high degree of independence and leadership, as you will serve as the team leader for each client’s treatment team.
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary:$64,000- $83,500
**Your salary depends on the caseload size of your choice.
Full Package Details:
$2,500 stay on bonus paid annually during your first 2 years of employment
Company vehicle based on eligibility
Reimbursement for initial licensure and renewal fees
Supervision hours provided to support those with conditional licenses
Contact hours provided for clinical licensure renewal
Personal peer mentor to aid in your training and development
Requirements:
Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling
Active or pursuing Maine licensure as LCSW, LCPC, LMFTS, LMSW-cc, LCPCc, or LMFTc
