The role involves owning and developing property-related reporting and ensuring data quality across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. Key tasks include analyzing tenant performance, preparing management reports, and supporting accounting processes for service charges and taxes.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field with at least 5 years of experience in reporting or real estate finance. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in English are required, while Finnish language skills are considered an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced professional to take ownership of property analytics, reporting, and data quality across the organization. In this Real Estate Analyst role, you will ensure the accuracy and continuous development of property analysis and reporting for monthly, quarterly, and annual processes. You will play a key role in both internal and external reporting, providing insights into operational key figures and supporting business decision-making.
As this is a new role within the team, its scope will partly be shaped by your experience and strengths. We welcome applications not only from candidates who meet the baseline requirements, but also from more senior professionals who can further develop the role and its impact.

Location: On-site location at Citycon’s Iso Omena office in Espoo, Finland.
Own and develop property-related reporting, ensuring data quality and consistency across monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, focusing on key property performance metrics
Coordinate tenant sales validation processes and analyse tenant performance data
Contribute to annual reporting by providing operational key figures and property insights
Deliver ad-hoc analyses and reports to support business needs and group requirements
Manage external reporting of operational key figures
Support accounting processes related to service charges and property taxes in collaboration with accounting managers
Master’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in reporting, analytics, or property/real estate finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Resilient and able to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a dynamic environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to translate data into insights for stakeholders
Proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes and reporting quality
English skills is a must, Finnish is seen as an advantage
