Act as the operational anchor for the Munich HQ, managing guest experiences, office scheduling, and administrative tasks. Coordinate showroom readiness and logistics for product demonstrations to support stakeholders and investors.
Requires at least 2 years of experience in front-office or guest relations with C1 fluency in both German and English. Must be tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace to support a robotics environment.

As our Front-Office & Operations Manager, you're the operational anchor of the office and showroom: the person visitors meet first, the one who keeps coordination running smoothly, and a key enabler for demos that turn heads and close conversations.
This is an on-site role with direct impact across Office Operations, Showroom Management, and stakeholder-facing coordination. We are open to both part-time and full-time arrangements.
