The Lead Teacher is responsible for planning and implementing high-quality preschool instruction aligned with NC Pre-K standards. They must supervise classroom staff and maintain a safe, nurturing environment to promote children's cognitive and social-emotional development.
Candidates must hold a valid North Carolina Birth-Kindergarten Teaching License or meet specific NC Pre-K education requirements. A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is preferred, along with current CPR and First Aid certifications.

Our goals are to develop a life long relationship with the parents, students and community. Our children participate in community involvement by learning how to give back and help the sick, elderly and others in need. Each year the students participate in a charity event that will provide resources to assist with their needs. We have an open door policy, and parents are encouraged to volunteer in the classroom by reading a story, sharing their occupation and modeling learning experiences for the students.
