Responsável pelo atendimento comercial e pela construção de relacionamento entre a CHS e carteira regional de clientes, liderando o planejamento, negociações e ações comerciais nestes clientes com foco em expansão de market share, rentabilidade, fidelização e relações duradouras, alinhadas aos objetivos corporativos da empresa.
Posição que exige um profissional proativo e com espírito de equipe, capaz de analisar e priorizar negócios ligados as metas definidas e conduzir ações buscando identificar em toda cadeia de valor oportunidades e transformar em negócios de fertilizantes, defensivos e sementes.
• Atuar como ponto comercial nos clientes atuais e prospectar novos clientes.
• Construir relacionamento com múltiplos níveis hieraquicos dos clientes ex.: Proprietários, Diretores, Gestores, Compradores, Equipe Técnica.
• Posicionar a empresa como parceira preferida, não apenas fornecedora, elevando a fidelização e retenção dos clientes da carteira.• Trabalhar em conjunto com time de originação para explorar sinergias e abertura de clientes, interagir com os processos e fomentar operações de Barter.
• Ter habilidades para transitar nas áreas administrativas internas e externas para prestar nível de serviço com excelencia para clientes e parceiros de negócio.
• Atuar em conjunto com time de crédito, logística e planejamento operacional
• Monitorar concorrentes (preços, estratégia, lancamentos), tendências de mercado e movimentos dos clientes e grupos agrícolas
• Entregar insights semanais para liderança da CHS sobre mercado, oportunidades e riscos.
• Estar apto para elaborar campanhas ou construir ferramentas e ou trazer inovação que atendam as necessidades dos clientes e da CHS para crescimento do mercado.
• Fornecer informações e suporte à equipe de supply, assegurando alinhamento com os objetivos organizacionais e operacionais.
• Relacionamento Estratégico: Estabelecer e manter relacionamento próximo e transparente com clientes e fornecedores, garantindo parcerias de longo prazo e integridade nas negociações.
