The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator manages the end-to-end execution of grain purchase and sale contracts, ensuring accurate shipment coordination and settlement. The role focuses on optimizing operational efficiency, tracking KPIs, and collaborating across multiple internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations. A bachelor's degree in a related field and experience with ERP systems and the agriculture industry are preferred.

The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for providing end-to-end execution support for Grain purchase and sale contracts while balancing customer service, operational efficiency, cost, and compliance. This role serves as a key coordinator across the order fulfillment lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely execution of customer and internal shipments, product quality tracking, documentation, settlement support, and issue resolution.
This position requires a deep understanding of the Grain business and strong collaboration across commercial, supply chain, transportation, terminal operations, distribution, finance, credit, tax, accounting, and IT teams. The Senior Supply Chain Coordinator plays a critical role in delivering a best-in-class customer experience while also driving process improvements, standardization, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives across order management processes.
This is a hybrid role with at least three days per week on-site at our global corporate headquarters in Inver Grove Heights, MN

CHS offers a competitive total rewards package. Compensation includes base wage and, depending upon position, may include other earnings such as bonus, incentives and commissions. Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
