The bus driver is responsible for providing safe, reliable transportation for students to and from school and activities. Additionally, they support the teaching team by assisting in the classroom, engaging with children, and maintaining a safe and organized environment.
Candidates must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED and a clean driving record. The role requires the ability to pass a background check and a genuine commitment to child safety and well-being.
Childcare Center Bus Driver
Your role
As a Bus Driver at Child Development Schools, you will support our center by providing safe, reliable transportation for our students to and from school and/or activities. You may also be supporting classrooms, working alongside your Lead Teacher, you will support young learners through meaningful experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth. From hands-on activities and storytelling to everyday learning moments, you will help shape a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.
You will serve as a trusted partner to families, a positive role model for children, and an important part of our collaborative teaching team dedicated to making early childhood education engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun.
What your day looks like:
Pay and benefits
Pay: $15.15-$17 per hour, based on experience and education.

Requirements
A degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education and prior experience in a licensed childcare center are a plus but not required. We hire characters and train for skill.
