The Associate Lead supports store management in daily operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience and maximize store profitability. Responsibilities include supervising associates, managing inventory, performing register transactions, and coaching staff to meet performance goals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of prior retail or sales management experience. The role requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Associate Lead is primarily responsible for supporting management in general operations of the store to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability. Performs various sales and register transactions.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position may be found in multiple brands. Some duties may vary from brand to brand.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The wage range for this position is $16.00 to $20.00. Successful candidates’ wage rates will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
