The Associate Lead supports store management in daily operations, including sales transactions, inventory handling, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. They are responsible for supervising associates, managing schedules, and coaching team members to meet performance goals.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old. A minimum of 2 years of prior retail or sales management experience is preferred, along with the ability to perform physical tasks like lifting 50 pounds.

The Associate Lead is primarily responsible for supporting management in general operations of the store to ensure a great customer experience and maximum profitability. Performs various sales and register transactions.
FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position may be found in multiple brands. Some duties may vary from brand to brand.

QUALIFICATIONS:
The wage range for this position is $18.13 - $22.65. Successful candidates’ wage rates will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
