The Sales Lead supports management in driving a customer-focused sales culture and overseeing daily store operations. Key duties include supervising associates, managing merchandise flow, and coaching the team to meet productivity goals.
Candidates should have a high school diploma and preferably over one year of retail or sales management experience. Must be at least 18 years old with strong communication skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
