The Support Associate is responsible for performing sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and maintaining store organization. They also model customer service standards and assist with visual directives to ensure an excellent omni-channel experience.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years of age. Previous stock or cashier experience is preferred, along with the ability to stand for the majority of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs.

POSITION OBJECTIVE:
The Support Associate is responsible for supporting a customer and product-focused sales culture where our core principles are at the forefront of all store operations. This is achieved through performing various sales operations functions, including merchandise handling, stock processing, and stockroom organization.
