Provide comprehensive HR support with a primary focus on managing the full-cycle recruiting process. Coordinate key employee life cycle activities including onboarding, employee relations, and general administration.
Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of experience in recruiting or human resources. Must be proficient in sourcing strategies, employment laws, and HR software like HRIS and ATS.
