The Retail Pharmacy Assistant is responsible for assisting customers with queries, processing transactions via the POS system, and maintaining inventory levels. They also manage stock replenishment and set up displays for catalogue promotions.
Candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to work both in a team and autonomously. While not mandatory, S2 & S3 training and Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy are highly regarded.

A typical day might look like:
Helping customers with queries, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly
Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
Serve customers and process purchases through our POS system
Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
