The Onboarding Senior Accountant is responsible for onboarding new clients and performing accounting clean-up under tight deadlines. Key duties include managing general ledgers, preparing month-end close workbooks, and coordinating audit and tax filings.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and at least five years of general accounting experience. Proficiency in GAAP and experience with web-based accounting software like QuickBooks or NetSuite is required.

The Onboarding Senior Accountant will be primarily responsible for onboarding new clients and performing a significant amount of accounting “clean up” under tight deadlines. This role emphasizes financial accuracy, compliance, meeting multiple client deadlines and teamwork for efficient operations. Chazin takes pride in its commitment to excellence, which is reflected in proactive client communication and exceptional customer service.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $88,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and support opportunities for growth and advancement within our organization
