Responsible for the general upkeep, cleaning, and maintenance of the Campus For Hope facility in Omaha. Tasks include grounds maintenance such as mowing and snow removal, as well as various facility projects.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and must be at least 21 years of age. Preference is given to candidates with 2+ years of maintenance experience and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
The Maintenance specialist is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the Campus For Hope facility located in Omaha. Our incredible Maintenance Specialists have a diverse set of skills that allow them to quickly shift gears and accomplish a variety of tasks within a given work day. The position requires an ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and provide quality-driven results on a vast array of different projects. Applicants must be capable of providing general maintenance/upkeep for facilities, grounds maintenance (e.g. snow removal, mowing), as well as cleaning and maintaining cleanliness of the property.
