The specialist is responsible for processing high-volume vendor invoices and resolving discrepancies through collaboration with internal departments and vendors. They also handle general ledger coding, month-end accruals, and identify opportunities for workflow automation.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and proficiency with ERP systems. Strong Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or OCR tools are preferred.
Position Summary:
