The Guest Experience Host manages vehicle collections and returns while providing travel advice and driving instructions to customers. They are responsible for completing rental paperwork and ensuring high service standards to drive positive reviews.
Candidates should have excellent customer service skills, fluency in English, and the ability to work a rotating roster including weekends. Previous experience in the rental industry and a full driver's license are considered advantageous.

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and helping travellers start and finish their New Zealand adventures with confidence? We’re looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Guest Experience Host to join our NZ Rentals Operations team, based in Queenstown on a fixed term full-time basis to help over our busy peak season.
As a Guest Experience Host, you’ll be the welcoming face of our branch, supporting customers through vehicle collections and returns, sharing helpful travel and driving advice, and ensuring every interaction reflects the high service standards of thl.
About the role:
Reporting to the Branch Manager or Local Host Team Leader, you’ll play an important part in creating memorable customer experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the branch.
