Underwrite mortgage insurance loans by interpreting credit risk policies and managing high-risk file escalations. Deliver superior customer service and build strategic lender relationships while adhering to productivity and data integrity standards.
Requires 2+ years of mortgage underwriting experience with a strong background in credit analysis and financial statement review. Must be proficient in both French and English to support partners in Eastern Canada.

Canada Guaranty is currently seeking multiple fully remote, bilingual (French and English) Quebec- based Mortgage Underwriters to support our partners in Eastern Canada. Ideal candidates have previous mortgage underwriting experience, effective communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for delivering superior customer service.
Please Note: Underwriters work shifts which will vary from time to time. Our National Underwriting Centre operates Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm, and Saturdays from 10am – 6pm (all times EST).
