The Maintenance Director will lead facility operations, manage the maintenance team, and oversee vendor partnerships and capital improvement projects. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in facilities management or building maintenance with a strong working knowledge of building systems. A high school diploma or GED is the minimum education requirement, though a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
