Perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and preventative maintenance on commercial woodchippers, aerial lifts, and other heavy equipment. Ensure safety devices are functioning and document all service work and parts requisitions clearly.
Requires at least 3 years of experience with construction or heavy diesel equipment, including hydraulics and electrical systems. Must possess a complete toolset, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass background and drug screenings.

Troubleshoot machine breakdowns, diagnosis
Test run and/or inspect vehicles and equipment for wear, damage, or specific problems that might affect performance.
Utilize computer diagnostic equipment.
Perform factory recommended preventative maintenance & inspection.
Ensure guards and safety devices are functioning properly.
Write clear parts requisitions and service write-ups.
The individuals will maintain good attendance and punctuality
Perform miscellaneous related duties as required and assigned by manager

3 yrs. experience with either construction or heavy diesel equipment with hydraulics, electrical and pneumatic systems
Ability to read and understand electrical & hydraulic schematics
Welding and fabrication experience a plus
Possess a complete toolset required for service
A valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Able to pass a background and drug screening
