Provide a high-quality customer experience by offering shoe recommendations and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Manage daily retail operations including pricing, shipment processing, and inventory organization to ensure store efficiency.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for extended periods.
