Lead the store team in providing an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and achieving performance goals. Manage daily retail operations including inventory, pricing, and store organization to ensure a shoppable environment.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and previous experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends and be physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
