The associate is responsible for managing daily retail operations including pricing, shipment processing, and maintaining store organization. They focus on providing a high-quality customer experience by offering shoe recommendations and driving sales to meet store goals.
Candidates should ideally have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
