CACI is currently seeking a Deputy Program Manager for the CRIC-ES II Contract.
The Opportunity: - Join a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing cybersecurity resilience and incident response capabilities. - Contribute to a critical contract aimed at improving national security through advanced cybersecurity measures. - Work alongside experienced professionals in a collaborative and innovative environment. - Gain exposure to cutting-edge technologies and methodologies in cybersecurity.
Responsibilities: - Assist the Program Manager in overseeing the execution of the CRIC-ES II contract. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met. - Manage project resources, including budget, personnel, and timelines. - Ensure compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards. - Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders. - Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Contribute to the development of project plans and strategies. - Support the creation and delivery of project reports and presentations. - Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions.
Qualifications:
Required: - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering). - 3-10 years of experience in project management or a related role. - Proven experience in managing cybersecurity or secure communication IT projects. - Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desired: - Master’s degree in a relevant field. - Experience with government contracts and compliance. - Knowledge of incident response and cybersecurity operations. - Familiarity with agile project management methodologies. -Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
