The Manufacturing & Welding Engineering Planner Scheduler develops and maintains project schedules to support manufacturing operations and customer commitments. They collaborate with engineering and project teams to monitor progress, manage critical path activities, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Candidates must possess a university or college education in Engineering, Materials, or Operations Management. A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a planning or scheduling role is required, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Position Overview:
As our Manufacturing & Welding Engineering Planner Scheduler, you will develop and maintain engineering and project schedules that support manufacturing operations, customer commitments, and efficient execution of work. Working closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Welding Engineering, production teams, and project stakeholders, you will coordinate priorities, monitor progress, and help ensure engineering activities are planned and executed to meet business and customer objectives.

The base salary range for this position in Ontario (CA-ON) at the start of employment is expected to be between $75,000 and $109,000 per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
