Shine Facility Services is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to help us continue growing throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
This is a field-based relationship sales role focused on running qualified appointments, conducting site walkthroughs, presenting proposals, and closing commercial service contracts.
This is NOT:
cold calling
door-to-door sales
Our inside sales team handles lead generation and appointment setting so you can focus on meeting prospects, understanding their needs, building and presenting proposals and winning business. You will also maintain existing relationships to encourage retention and referrals.

What You’ll Be Doing
Meet with commercial prospects at their properties and facilities
Conduct professional walkthroughs and identify service needs
Gather site information, measurements, and operational details
Prepare proposals using company systems and templates
Present proposals and follow-up to close contracts
Build trust with property managers and facility professionals
Track pipeline activity and follow-up in Monday.com CRM
Work closely with ownership and operations teams

Compensation
Base Salary
$80,000–$95,000 depending on experience
Uncapped Commission
Commission paid on closed contracts and recurring revenue
Realistic Earnings
$120,000–$175,000+
