Support the Internal Controls Manager in executing the SOX 404 compliance program through control testing and documentation maintenance. Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Audit teams to identify control gaps and implement remediation plans.
Requires a university degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 2 years of relevant experience in audit or internal controls. Proficiency in English, SAP, and knowledge of US GAAP or the COSO framework is preferred.

The Junior Internal Control Specialist (m/f/d) is responsible for supporting the Internal Controls Manager in execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) 404 compliance program including control testing, maintenance and preparation of SOX documentation, such as: narratives/process diagrams, control descriptions, risk control matrices, test plans and test results evaluations, development of remediation plans and follow through for implementation.
The Junior Internal Controls Specialist (m/f/d) is expected to develop working relationships with various levels of management and work together with Finance, IT, Audit and Business Unit professionals to successfully achieve the objectives of the global SOX 404 program.
