About our school Holy Spirit College is a Catholic co-educational secondary school located in the rapidly developing suburb of Fitzgibbon in North Brisbane, approximately 15km from Brisbane CBD. The College opened in January 2022 with 96 Year 7 students and will increase by one year level annually until we reach Year 12. The College is master planned for 1080 students.
As a team, we are looking forward to developing further, the learning and teaching opportunities that will engage our students and build our teaching tools to deliver a dynamic and progressive curriculum. Support our Junior years students at Holy Spirit College teaching Humanities, Maths and Religious Education and ignite a passion for learning, while embodying the values, mission, and principles of Catholic Education!

Work hours: 30.00
Salary: $86,601 - $124,725 per annum + 12.75% Super
Creating a nurturing and ordered learning environment that is learner-centred, supportive, cooperative, and aligned with relevant curriculum policies, documents and practices
Collaboratively developing and implementing quality curriculum programs and appropriate pedagogy; evaluating their effectiveness; assessing and reporting student progress and learning outcomes; and reporting these to students, parents and the community
Working collaboratively with the leadership team, teachers and other staff members in contributing to the professional life of the school and fostering a positive school culture
Proactively engaging with professional learning to enhance student learning outcomes
Establishing positive relationships in the pastoral care of students and supporting their spiritual and moral development
Ensure that the teachings and values of the Catholic Church form a foundation for learning and teaching.
