Candidates need 3-5+ years of project management experience within a marketing or brand experience agency. Proficiency in PM tools like ClickUp and the ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects in a fast-paced environment are required.

As our portfolio and project volume grow, we’re evolving our Account Services structure to balance client leadership with operational excellence. To support this evolution, we are adding a Project Manager to our team.

Role Overview
The Project Manager (PM) is the operational driver of our client programs. Working alongside our Fabrication team and Account Managers, the PM ensures that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality. This role translates client and account direction into actionable project plans, manages workflow across creative and production teams, and proactively resolves issues before they impact delivery.
The PM will play a critical role across various accounts, where high-volume, complex, multi-workstream projects demand strong organization, attention to detail, and cross-functional leadership.
