The Sales Broker will manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing, while building long-term relationships with senior decision-makers. They will work closely with leadership to develop sales pipelines and achieve individual revenue targets.
Candidates must have previous experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or account management and be authorized to work in the United States. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work from the Dallas office are required.
Bond & Vale is expanding in the United States and looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Sales Broker to join our Dallas team.
You’ll work directly with founders, CEOs, business owners and senior decision-makers across North America. You’ll introduce clients to Bond & Vale’s communications and media solutions and manage opportunities from initial conversation through to close.

A college degree is welcome but not required. We value commercial ability, professionalism and performance.
On-target earnings are based on achieving defined sales targets and are not guaranteed. With uncapped commission, high performers may earn above the stated OTE.
Location
This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Dallas, Texas. The successful candidate must be able to attend the Dallas office as required.
