Maintain and repair electronic devices, parking equipment, and transportation infrastructure including signs and poles. Perform parking lot striping, curb painting, and general facility cleaning to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
Requires experience in diagnosing electronic components, making mechanical repairs to small engines, and operating various power and hand tools. A valid driver's license and proficiency in basic computer software are mandatory.

Campus Security Authority: This position is identified as a “Campus Security Authority (CSA)” per the federal law known as the Clery Act. Per this law, the employee is required to report any crimes that he/she becomes aware of to the Clery Compliance Officer. Additionally, CSAs are required to complete annual training prescribed by the Clery Compliance Officer. |

A current and valid Driver's License. |
