Boeing Global (BG) is seeking a highly motivated, organized, and proactive Business Operations professional based in Westminster, London. This position has a 100% on-site requirement.
This is a multi-faceted position reporting to the Chief of Staff, focused on supporting business operations for the organization, providing in-person support to the President of Boeing Global, and providing chief of staff support to the President of Boeing UK & Ireland. This role works very closely with the BG Chief of Staff and Executive Assistant (EA), and the BG UK & Ireland team. This is a high visibility role working with cross-functional teammates globally.
The Boeing Global organization is responsible for Boeing’s global strategy and operations. The organization leads development of the company’s growth and productivity initiatives outside the U.S., overseeing international affairs, enhancing local presence and providing global functional support.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
