The specialist is responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and dining facilities. They also handle food set-up, serving, and basic preparation of salads and sandwiches.
Candidates must have knowledge of food service and be able to pass a background check for military installation access. Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods is required.

General Responsibilities:
The principal responsibility of the Food Service Specialist is to ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining facility; and, to provide food set-up and service in accordance with the contract requirements.
Experience
Demonstrated history of related Food Service cleaning preferably with a major institution or the military is desired.
