Why This Role Exists As BizClik continues to grow internationally across media, events, partnerships and commercial operations, maintaining strong customer documentation, system accuracy and collections processes becomes increasingly important. Reporting to the Credit & Contracts Manager, the Accounts Receivable Administrator role exists to provide administrative support across customer contracts, collections activity, customer onboarding and finance systems administration. The role plays an important part in helping the business maintain accurate customer records, timely collections activity and effective contract administration while supporting the wider accounts Receivable function.
This role exists to: • Support the administration of customer contracts and Statements of Work • Assist with routine collections communications and customer account administration • Maintain accurate records across finance and CRM systems • Support customer onboarding and account setup activities • Ensure key customer documentation is issued, tracked and maintained • Provide administrative support to the Credit & Contracts team
You will help ensure customer records, contracts and collections activity are accurately maintained and well-organised across the business.
Key Responsibilities Statement of Work Administration • Generate Statements of Work using approved templates • Issue Statements of Work to customers via DocuSign • Monitor signature progress and follow up outstanding documentation • Escalate delays to the relevant Sales Representative and Credit & Contracts Manager • Maintain accurate records of issued Statements of Work and signature status
Collections Administration • Send routine collections communications, including invoice reminders and customer statements • Prepare and issue statements of account • Maintain collections trackers and customer account notes • Escalate overdue accounts to the Credit & Finance Executive for telephone follow-up • Support the wider credit control and collections process
Systems & Data Management • Update Salesforce with customer information, publication dates and key account details • Add new products and service items within QuickBooks • Maintain accurate records across finance and CRM systems • Support data integrity and reporting accuracy across customer accounts
Inbox & Customer Administration • Monitor and manage the shared finance inbox • Allocate and prioritise incoming customer queries • Respond to routine customer enquiries • Escalate issues to the appropriate team member where required
Customer Onboarding Support • Complete customer onboarding administration tasks • Track outstanding onboarding information and documentation • Support the efficient setup of new customer accounts
General Team Support • Maintain trackers, records and filing systems • Support template updates and process improvements • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Accounts Receivable team What Great Looks Like The ideal Accounts Receivable Administrator: • Is highly organised and detail-oriented • Takes pride in accuracy and consistency • Is proactive and dependable • Follows processes carefully and thoroughly • Communicates professionally with customers and colleagues • Is comfortable working with systems and data • Manages multiple priorities effectively • Maintains a positive and customer-focused approach • Works efficiently without compromising accuracy
Skills & Experience Essential • Previous administration experience • Strong organisational and time management skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities • Professional and customer-focused approach
Desirable • Experience within Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Finance Administration • Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce • Experience using finance systems such as QuickBooks • Experience with electronic document management platforms such as DocuSign • Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment
