In this role, you will work directly with clients to guide them toward health and life insurance plans that align with their situation. This is an opportunity for an agent who wants to grow their book of business, make a meaningful impact for clients, and be part of a brokerage that is expanding its reach and leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Help clients find health and life insurance plans that best fit their situation.
• Grow a book of business.
• Potentially lead a team or region as the brokerage expands across the U.S.
• Experience in health and life insurance sales.
• An active 2-15 life and health insurance license, or willingness to obtain one within 2 weeks.
• Leadership experience is a plus.
• Access to over 20 life and health carriers, giving you a strong variety of options to help clients find the right plan fit for their situation.
• Leadership opportunities as we expand across the U.S., with the potential to lead a team or region.
