The technician will perform maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems at customer job sites. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate work documentation and assisting in the training of lower-level technicians.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of heavy equipment experience, including at least 2 years of aerial equipment experience. A valid heavy equipment service technician license and a clean driver's license are required.

Skill and Qualifications
The Bercon recruitment process may include a variety of steps and tools including the use of AI, employment testing and employment checks.
Pay ranges provided may be adjusted outside communicated range based on a number of reasons including geography, skill level and experience. Individuals may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Management reserves the right to determine any bonus payment.
