Provide direct care services to residents and assist professional staff in implementing individualized treatment plans. Ensure the effective operation of the residential program by monitoring behaviors and maintaining a safe environment.
Requires a high school diploma or GED with 1-3 months of related experience; a bachelor's degree is desired. Must possess SCM, First Aid/CPR certifications and a valid driver's license.
Description
The Youth Care Worker I is responsible for providing a variety of direct care services to residents, assisting professional staff in the implementation of individual treatment plans, and ensuring the effective operation of the residential program.
$18.00 per hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential.
Additional pay based on Residential Experience and/or a Bachelor's degree.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
