The Production Operator ensures efficient material flow and timely shipment of quality products by supporting production and warehouse processes. Key duties include staging raw materials, performing assembly operations, and managing inventory documentation within the ERP system.
Candidates should have some experience in production or warehouse environments and the ability to operate basic machinery and tools. The role requires significant physical stamina, including the ability to lift objects up to 100 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Position Summary
The Production operator supports internal customers, including customer service, production, purchasing, technical support, and sales, by ensuring efficient material flow, accurate inventory control, and timely production and shipment of quality products. The production operator is expected to learn, understand, and remain proficient in all production and warehouse processes and be capable of temporarily filling operational roles as needed to support team coverage during absences, call-outs, or peak periods.
Key Responsibilities
Work Environment
This position works in both warehouse and production settings, with some outdoor exposure during the workday. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones, as well as warehouse and production equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, hand tools, box cutters, and tape dispensers.

The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit and climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
