As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience from order placement through delivery.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues accurately and efficiently.
Manage customer orders, including order entry, updates, and due date changes.
Collaborate with Operations to support production scheduling and ensure customer expectations are met.
Coordinate post-sale activities to maximize customer satisfaction.
Address customer concerns related to product quality, shipping schedules, freight carriers, and credit/collections.
Calculate credit terms, discounts, shipment charges, and part pricing as needed.
Maintain accurate records of daily shipments and communicate shipment information through electronic data exchange systems.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and support.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with order management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in manufacturing, customer service, logistics, or supply chain environments is preferred.
Regularly required to climb, bend, stoop, twist, reach, and work in varying positions while performing maintenance activities.
Frequently lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 55 pounds.
Occasionally lift, move, or position loads up to 80 pounds, with assistance when appropriate.
Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in both indoor and outdoor manufacturing environments as required.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods throughout the workday.
Maintenance Technicians are expected to perform all duties in a safe, efficient, and timely manner while meeting established quality standards and supporting company objectives. This position plays an integral role in ensuring operational reliability, equipment performance, and overall plant productivity.
The individual in this role is expected to support and uphold all company policies, procedures, and values while contributing positively to a culture of teamwork, accountability, continuous improvement, and safety.
