The Physical Therapist is responsible for helping patients maintain, restore, and improve movement and function through hands-on care in the home. Key duties include providing interventions, conducting regular reexaminations, and managing discharge planning.
Candidates must hold a current state license to practice physical therapy and be a graduate of a CAPTE-accredited program. A current CPR certification is required, and one year of related experience is preferred for those entering home health care.
Responsible for helping patients maintain, restore and improve movement, activity and function.
Current license to practice physical therapy specific to the state you're assigned to work in.
